This is a kit of one marine grade high quality female socket with cap, 30 inch harness also known as a loom and ATO fuse holder and 15 amp fuse.
The socket is marine grade and is weather resistant with the sealing cap. The contacts are nickel plated. The socket is vibration resistant, unlike less expensive versions. It requires an 1 1/8" hole for mounting and has .250 quick male connectors. It can be mounted against a panel up to 1-1/4" thick or mounting bracket with the retaining nut. Rated for 15 amps at 12 volts. Draws no power when not in use, so it can't run down your battery.
Works with any standard 12 volt lighter style plug.
The wire harness or loom is 30 inches ( longer wire harnesses are available upon request) and is made out of 16 AWG wire, has female insulated quick connects to plug into the socket, 1/4" ring connectors to attach to your battery or terminal block and a ATO type fuse holder and a 15 Amps fuse. Easy to hook up to battery.
Not for hot lighter use.
