Refund Policy

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy.  You may return any item within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all parts, non-damaged, and like new condition.  A 15% restocking charge may apply.

To complete your return, please contact us to request an RMA number.  Please do not return your package until you have requested and received an RMA number. 

 

There are certain situations where a refund may be denied or a discretionary partial refund may be offered.

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a refund of your original purchase price, less any restocking fees, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges will be subject to the same shipping times as the originally shipped item.

We recommend returning all items with tracking.  The buyer is still responsible for items that are lost in the mail.  Any lost packages should be addressed with the carrier.  A refund will only be issued for items that have successfully reached the return address.
