These sockets can be used for both lighting cigarette or for accessories such as GPS, 12 volt chargers or iPods. Comes with jumper cable. Works with all lighter plugs and all 12 volt style accessory plugs.
The Jumper cable allows you to connect both sockets together and make one connection to your power cable.
This listing is for one assembl as shown, Consisting a jumper cable, two hole mounting plate and two lighter sockets which have a heavy nylon UV resistant body and a nickel plated cores. Each socket have a vinyl opening cap that covers the core and snaps over the socket rim to produce a waterproof seal. The socket works with pop out style lighter plugs or with standard accessory plugs. Internal prongs hold the plug for better vibration resistance. The terminals are male 0.250 or 6mm style crimp terminals. The sockets mount into a 1-1/8" holes. They are rated a 20 amps at 12 volts. Socket length from the front flange to the end of the terminals is 2.0".
Mounts to panels by using the double compression plate with four screws ( not provided). The plate goes over the front of the socket flange and the four screw press the socket up against the panel from the front.
