This socket can be used for both lighting cigarette or for accessories such as GPS, 12 volt chargers or iPods. Lighter plug included. Works with all accessory plugs.
This listing is for one lighter socket with a heavy nylon UV resistant body and a nickel plated core, vinyl terminal boot, opening lid and two female crimp terminals and a pop out lighter plug. The socket comes with a protective boot seals the wire connections from exposure. A vinyl opening cap inserts into the socket core and snaps over the rim to produce a waterproof seal. The socket works with the pop out style lighter plug included. Internal prongs hold the plug for better vibration resistance. The terminals on the socket are male 0.250 or 6mm style crimp terminals. This listing comes with two mating female terminals. The socket mounts into a 1-1/8" hole. It is rated a 15 amps at 12 volts.
