Monitor your battery or battery bank for a low voltage discharge condition.
Fully wired 12 volt battery monitor panel. Alarms when battery voltage drops to the minimum voltage level, when the battery must be charged. The Built in voltmeter indicates the voltage level. The built in high pitch tonal alarm and blinking warning blue LED alerts you to the low battery condition. A three position switch allows you to turn off the alarm. The switch has two alarm monitoring positions; one with the voltmeter display on and one position without the voltmeter display for low current monitoring. Center position of the switch is all off. Also included is a 12 volt marine grade socket that can be used as a charging port. Comes with a waterproof fused 60"cables and your choice of battery stud ring terminals. This pre-wired assembly consists of a built in battery voltage monitoring circuit board, a high quality voltmeter for checking the voltage level of your battery, built in tonal alarm and blinking red indicator, and a three position waterproof switch to control the panel.
The panel monitors your battery when the voltage drops to 12 volts the alarm goes off telling you to charge your battery before permanent damage is done to your battery in the low discharge state.
Voltmeter
The meters have easy to read blue LED segments and connect to your 12 volt battery. The meter front is splash proof. The meter draws nominally 10 ma. and the range is 5-35 vdc.
Alarm
High volume notification tonal alarm with a bright blinking blue LED draws 10 ma when in the alarm condition.
Switch
Three position switch. Center off draws no power. Monitor position I Monitors only and draws minimal power. When a low voltage condition occurs the alarm will sound. Monitor position II has the voltmeter active and monitors the battery.
12 volt socket
This is a marine grade locking socket with nickel brass terminals and tight fitting front cap. connected to 12 volts, not affected by the switch can be used to trickle charge the battery. Works with all 12 volt style accessory and lighter plugs. Rated at 15 amps.
Mounting and installation
The mounting plate allows the assembly to be mounted in a panel of any thickness the panel hole size is 3-14" square. Depth required 2-1/2"'
A 60" cables with female 0.250 disconnect crimp terminals, come with a waterproof fuse holder and 15 amp fuse. Your choice of ring terminals depending on your battery stud size - 1/4" motorcycle, 3/8" marine and 3/4" automotive. Standard terminal is 1/4". contact us after yu buy if you need a different size.
