This is a kit of one female heavy duty socket with snap over tight fitting cap, 60 in. fused wiring harness waterproof terminal boot , a special socket mount, lighter plug a plug skirt.

Now with a snap on socket lid that will always fit tight. A weather resistant plug skirt seals the lighter plug to socket connection to keep moisture out and prevent shorts.

The socket assembly consists of a heavy duty socket that is nickle plated and has a ceramic insulator with copper/brass contacts. The socket has extra strong prongs to hold a lighter plug in high vibration operation. Rated at 240 watts 20 amps at 12 volts.

Works with any standard cigarette lighter plug or 12 volt accessory plugs. The lighter plug that comes with the kit is a long knob fast heating plug. Plug skirt keeps moisture out.

The wire harness or loom is 60 inches long, has female quick connects to plug it into the socket, ring connectors to attach to your battery, waterproof fuse holder and a 15 amp fuse.

The aluminum mount clamps on to the handlebars and clamps the socket securely the mount. A series of rubber bushings allow the mount to adapt to handlebars from 3/4" to 1.0" diameter. Uses 5/8" of handlebar surface.
